It featured stories, poems and drawings of historic sites in the city—by kids, for kids and is still available in the Reference department at the Toronto Reference Library. I've presented dozens of different neighbourhood tours from High Park to Cabbagetown and Lawrence Park to Front Street. I love Toronto neighbourhoods. In my other career I've focused on educating and informing software users and math students, writing and editing materials. Short personal messageMy specialty is Toronto's history. Born here and never left! Personal NotesYou can drop me anywhere from Bloor South to the lake, High Park to the Beaches, plus up Yonge Street to Hogg’s Hollow and I'll have stories and trivia to tell. I get to the “Why” of how things came to be, why they were built as they were and when they were. My experience with Jane's Walks has given me an appreciation for urban layout. I've managed groups from one to 90 people. I have developed and led customized tours. I have my own portable PA system which serves up to 25 people. My walk "Yonge Street Architecture" was ranked #1 most popular Heritage Toronto Walk in the Toronto Star (14 August, 2017, online edition).
